In laser cutting, high-powered light beams are reflected and focussed into a finely tuned laser head that cuts through the material to very high tolerances.CNC laser cutting not only results in a fast, efficient operation but also leaves crisp edges and a high-quality surface finish that requires less cleaning.

SW Metaform has an Amada ENSIS AJ 3015 laser cutting machine that offers high flexibility, precision accuracy and excellent, cost-effective metal cutting operations. We can cut Mild steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass and Titanium

We use a Schmalz vacuum lifter capable of loading sheets of 3000 x 1500mm, a fully automatic nozzle changer on the machine and scrap conveyor for quick and easy removal of scrap.
